RETURNS / REFUNDS
All non customized products can be returned, refunded, or replaced for any reason. To start a return, you can contact us at engravedinnature@gmail.com. We will send you a pre-paid return shipping label with instructions on how to return your item.
Custom engraved orders with specific names, initials, logos can not be returned or refunded. We are not responsible for engravings that contains typos or errors made by the customer for custom products. Custom orders are only covered if damage occurs, we will send out the product again at no extra cost.
Lifetime Warranty
We offer a lifetime Warranty to protect all custom and none custom products from any type of damage. If any damage occurs, we will replace your item at no extra cost. Any order confirmed lost in mail will be replaced or refunded.
