The moment I opened this package took my breath away and I was literally brought to tears. I initially ordered the blue which would not arrive in time for my grandson's graduation. I agreed to accept the black only because of the seller's exceptional customer service and I am so happy I did. My grandson was blown away when he saw his gift. I had to remove two links but it comes with all the tools for the adjustment. If you're thinking about this item as a gift, do not hesitate! Thank you Michael! It's a nice watch. The guys did a good job with it. I have a few issues though. It's nice, made of wood i believe but it didn't fit well whether I removed a link or added one. It also pulled my arm hair and hurt. Yes again maybe this is my issue but just reporting my experience. The guys working here are really nice and helpful. I received a couple freebies which was nice of them. The quality of the watch is good.

watch came out great, only downfall was the box did not look anything like advertised. messaged seller and they were going to send a new one, but never came - got a refund instead.\n\nwould order again, i would just confirm how the box looks ahead of time.

This customizable engraved face watch beautiful! It was a birthday gift to add to his collection & he loved it! Not only did it come box w/ a personalized engraved message & tools to adjust the band, the engraving on the back of the watch was top notch. Michael is a great artist to work with. He really cared & paid attention to the sentiment, even adjusting the final angel of the face of the watch. Also, originally, I had a message for the back of the watch that was too long so I'd shorten it. It came to me as a surprised that he ended up engraving in the box w/ the longer message too. So I got to share both. The shipping was delayed due to my mistake in the long message. He took the time in communicating back & forth to get it just right, which was more important. Tho it was my doing, he�d sent a bracelet for the delay! __

Such a beautifully made piece! It not only arrived quickly, it was packaged in a wooden box and an additional bracelet was sent. A one of a kind piece I would highly recommend! Also the strap has many notches so it helps to fit a wide arrange of wrist sizes!
